In addition to Personal Training, Circuit Training & Boxercise Abs Blast classes are also run and are a great way to exercise in a fun, friendly environment. Experience a workout like never before, these classes are very motivational as you are exercising in a group, but you are able to work at your own pace. Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings in Chalfont St Peter & Amersham.
Circuit Training classes are run on a Monday and Wednesday in Chalfont St Peter. 7pm – 8pm- Lovel End Infant School.
Boxercise and Abs Blast is held on a Thursday in Amersham. 7:15pm – 8:15pm – St Georges Church Hall, White Lion Road
Come and see what Circuits and Boxercise abs blast are all about for free. (First session, try for free) normally only £6 for a full hour you can work your whole body from top to toe performing many different exercises all at your own pace.
Circuit Training involves using many different types of equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands, box steps, skipping ropes, boxing gloves & pads, agility ladders & hurdles, medicine ball’s & reaction balls. Whether you are trying to loose weight, build muscle or just get in shape, CircuitTraining is designed to meet your specific needs. Rather than doing multiple sets of one exercise with a long rest between sets, the circuit workout consists of 24 stations split up into a sequence with alternating exercises. Each exercise is timed for 60 seconds.
Boxercise & Abs Blast is also in a circuit format but the exercise follows the methods employed in boxing as closely as possible whilst ensuring the maximum amount of safety. All movements and punches are learnt and then put into practice using the focus pads and gloves.Your hand-eye coordination, balance, timing and technique will be tested. You are not paired up and everyone will get a go of punching as well as learning how to defend using the pads. In-between the punching and pad work abdominal and core exercises will be performed in a circuit routine. Boxercise will be the aerobic workout and all major muscle groups will be worked but in particular your mid section, targeting your abdominals, obliques, lower back hips, thighs and bum.
Anyone is welcome to try any of the classes offered whether you have exercised before or are a complete beginner. Classes are a great stress buster suitable for both males and female of all ages and current fitness levels, all classes are worked at your own pace and can be suited to individual needs. The atmosphere is relaxed, fun and energetic, you will feel refreshed and energized and the hour will fly past. All equipment is also supplied so all you need to do is turn up.
